He looks like his main component is that Atlantic type from which Australian INXS band-member Andrew Farriss emerged. [He's of that dark Scottish type.]  Steve Gonsalves from the Sci-Fi network's show "Ghost Hunters" is Portuguese, and is part of the same Atlantic type:  So the Spanish ancestor of the subject of this thread probably looked like a compromise between these two men. Would one say "Berid"? One can imagine such a Spaniard marriying an Amerindian--or a woman who was, at the least, a mestiza. Nevertheless--regardless of other genetic influences--the Atlantic strain predominates. |
