Hijab-wearing me that dont look like a typical hijab looks more like a gargush, what jewish women wear, the ancestor to the less tziniut but more popular snood.

Hey, Redmoon's cute.
By the way, someone posted an odd comment about her: That she looked more Turkish than Greek. lol
Well, where did Greeks come from? --Anatolia.
Where do "Turks" live? --Anatolia.
(I read that something ridiuclius like only 5% of people in Turkey were "Turks" in any literal ethnic sense. The overwhelming majority of people in Turkey are non-Turkic; i.e., Anatolians. So it would make sense that these people would look like Greeks, who also emerged from Anatolia, and whose city-states still speckle the Anatolian coast as major tourist attractions--places like Ephesus, Miletus, Troy, etc.)

On Biodiversity, i recalled that Redmoon said that she thought she looked more Greek than Turkish (it was on the thread about maps or something) - thus my remark. I know her ethnic background.

Heard of megalainia? Now that's a big monitor lizard! And it was from Australia. Ahh... A nature board could be cool.... Australia had some nasty critters in the past. I've posted a link about it in the "anything goes"-section. (you might've seen it before though as i think I got it off Dodona originally)
