The top guy looks cromagnoid with some armenoid.
The bottom guy looks Atlantid-Berid.
The only thing they have in common as far as I can tell is their pigmentation which is more central european than near eastern/southern mediterranean.

They do look like similar types. The Palestinian's nose looks to go off it was seems to be an Alpine direction.
Classify the Italian as Atlanto-Mediterranean.

The eyes, nose and hair look similar. The Italian man has lips which I've seen on many Italians: deep bow in the center of the upper lip, a subtle 'reverse V form' indentation pushing upwards towards the center of the bottom lip.

Capello is Cro magnid looking but stemming from the brunette Dinaro-Alpinop-Atlantid area of Northern Italy. Check this pic  Northern Italian Borreby.  |
