Awesome board fellas...however, one thing I immediately noticed was the thread titles are in bold red, and they sort of dissapear into the black background. My suggestion would be a lighter colour that conflicts with the dark background, perhaps a white, or grey? Easier for us to locate and click...

Like (or maybe instead of) the numerous news sub forums (that seem kinda superfluous), I think it would be extremely cool if there were physical anthropology/biodiversity sub-forums with regional themes (exact same regional divisions as the news section would be nice). By that, you'll find what you're looking for much easier.
On the other boards it has been very tough to look for threads focusing on specific regions because everything was thrown into the same sub-forums.
They have a similar thing at Skadi if I remember correctly.
So specifically: Human biodiversity/physical anthropology sub forum with regional sub-sections...
By the way, I don't know how it's going to work out with mods and stuff, but I think the problem on HBD was that the mods were assigned to all forums. Maybe each mod should have their own sub-section, so the task doesn't get too overwhelming.

We should create sub- sections for the physical anthropology sub forum, like Funk says. We'll do the same for news so it doesn't take up such a big chunk of the board. I can't make any changes on the board with my account, but I'm sure Forrester will get right on it when he can. We'll see if we can start making people administrators, as well.
