Ancient Greeks, of course. And, I suppose, the Ancient Hebrews and early Christians considering what I had to learn in Catholic school. All three groups obviously have a major influence on western civilization

hmmm, I shouldn't have said Ancient Hebrews and early Christians considering I don't actually identify with them, but I'd be lying if I said Judeo- Christianity hadn't an affect on my life, but it doesn't appeal to me, and so scratch that. It probably had more of a negative affect on my life, but it is an important part of western civilization, which should be mentioned.

I guess if I had to choose an ancient group that I identify with, it would have to be the Tartessians of Southern Spain and Portugal.
If I had to pick an extant group, it would have to be Basques.
Whether those two groups have anything to do with each other is doubtful, lol
