For the American Blacks in this forum, what do you think of this statement I found from the link above, "It's estimated that every African American experiences about 200 incidents a year, from slurs hurled at them by passing motorists to cashiers who won't put change in their hand, to a whole variety of other unclassifiable events."
Have you experienced such incidents with frequency?

I don't think racism is as big a problem in this country as the media makes it, I've never had any epithets hurled in my direction.

Have you experienced such incidents with frequency? My only "incidents" of racism I experienced were constantly being followed around stores in the mall to see if I'm stealing and geĀ“tting pulled over by police and searched, which happened to me 4 times last year. I haven't experienced much overt racism.
