Direct result of this, Gareth admitting that he reads people's PMs: My reply: Step three, deleted and locked! The initial explanation: ;D

Funny you, of all people, should be talking about omissions Gareth.

I asked Gareth (Linus). He said that he *has not* read the PMs of regular BDF members without their knowledge or permission. I have no reason to not believe him. IMO, there's room for both forums in the anthro-board universe.

He said he did block the url for this forum from Funk's PMs, but the question is, how did he know it was even in there? Unless Funk put "New forum url here!", he couldn't have known without reading them.
But anyway, this is stupid. I don't care anymore. I may do what Mike wanted to do, and take a break from these forums.

You're a funny character, Gary. Very amusing that you would link to a post on HBD which I can't see, even though I delete cookies, as it seems you've banned my IP.
The only post I could think of is the one where Atlantis says he doesn't think you read peoples PMs. Is this supposed to redeem you in any way? Is this what I "omitted"?
It's irrelevant.
If you were right, why delete the post where your little games are pointed out, while leaving in the part where you smugly say "yes, and?", and then lock the friggin' thread afterwards? Even more suspicious, you ban me for analysing your own words, instead of arguing against it?
Weak case, Gary, you said you don't read PMs, afterwards you say you read parts of mine. It doesn't get clearer than that. And you tried to cover it up.
Even though you haven't read the PMs of others, there's still a basic problem here.
No reason to take it seriously, consider it as simply being entertainment.
"Regular" being an ambiguous word. What does it mean? He obviously observed my outbox, proving it isn't an issue, it's a fact.
As for breaking rules, links aren't mentioned in his "netiquette" thread. He only mentioned it in a random post, so the average poster would have no chance of seeing it unless they just stumbled on it.
In his own words, he banned me for posting the URL to another forum in a PM (I never posted the URL on the forum), and saying he shot himself in the foot. Without warning.
Now I know how it must feel like being an anti-Syrian Lebanese politician. Still, the worst thing he could do against me now would be to unban me.
